What can I be as a profession if my hobbies are to read about nutrition in foods?

I love cooking, especially when I add ingredients I know are good for me. I thought about creating a book/ebook relating to this subject, but I’m currently taking economics in college. I know, a little off, but I thought while I’m in school, to learn about this stuff before I get old.

You could go to school to be a dietitian or nutritionist. Usually, they work in nursing homes or hospitals advising patients on eating habits. Sounds like it could be a good career for you.
