creating a new shortcut( right click and select New> Shortcut). Then in the command line box, type (without the quotes.)

‘C:\windows\rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindowsexec’
but the path ws not recognizable

    It depends on the version of Windows you have …. commands are not only different but also in different paths.
