Serious question, ONLY for people who have purchased the fatloss4idiots program?

I have heard many good things about it, but not from anyone I KNOW is a real person, who has bought the program.
I’m really really considering purchasing the program, however, I know that the ebook consists of just weight loss tips, nothing really worth paying for..the thing I want is the diet generator (because I have no idea how to create my own calorie shifting diet).So, here’s my main question, and please, don’t answer unless you have solid proof, which mean that either you have bought it, or somebody you know has…is the program a scam? example: if you buy it, will the give you the basically useless ebook, but then when you try and use the diet generator, force you to sign up for other things before allowing use?
I really like the idea of this diet, however I’ll be pissed if I spend 40 dollars for nothing.But, I would gladly pay that much if they will provide me with meal plans, at no extra cost or fees.

Digitizing papers/ebook?

For SEO purposes is it better to host my blog on the same domain as my ebook or a different one?

Blogger will not accept /blog, but as it happens when the website was created they pointed the main domain to the opt-in page so that can easily be changed to the blog and the opt-in become a subsidiary page like the sales page is.
*So…is there an advantage to having the blog use the same url as my ebook or its own.
*As the blog and ebook will be targeting the same keywords, should I split up the keywords and optimize some to the blog and others to the ebook page?
*Will backlinks from my blog with a different url hold more weight than what would be internal links if the ebook and blog are on the same url?
*AND would the blogger blog then be hosted by Hostgator who already are hosting my site, or would blogger still be doing the hosting of the blog??? This is confusing me a little.

Should I use links to my own site to display the drawings or use lower res or smaller pics?

I’m creating an Illustrated e-book. I’m finding that my computer is refusing to load the hand drawings into my word processor when I attempt to display the work already done! The content in my ebook demands that I use many pictures.

Just wondering, if this is going to be a problem to my readers after a sale or what is the best way to handle it!
I should mention that I have not posted the ebook to the web, but Im experiencing the problems on my desktop while in the process of creation!
Im embedding the the drawings into the text of a Word file. This is my first time at ebook creation so Im a little ignorant. Please help!
